Meet the Team

Bodhi Aldridge
Leaving his career of 20 years as a Lawyer, Bodhi followed his passion into helping and coaching business owners who were wrestling with the same problems he has faced. 
 
As a life-long learner he studied Coaching, Facilitation and Personal and Spiritual Development and became passionate about how to help clients balance both the commercial and cultural needs in a business. 
 
Bodhi supports business leaders to experience true freedom through developing their presence, purpose and passion. To truly inspire and influence those around you, you have to be able to lead yourself first. The journey of leadership starts from the inside, out.

When you learn how to connect and be Present with yourself, to activate and live your Purpose and to experience Passion in all aspects of your life, you will become an inspirational leader and experience True Freedom. Bodhi lives in Northern NSW with his wife of over 40 years, Amala Rose, has 4 children and 10 grandchildren.

Joshua Fuller
Josh has spent over a decade not only teaching the sport but seriously pursuing the best forms of delivering coaching. He spends a lot of time up skilling and truly knows how to get the best out of their clients whilst still keeping it fun and lighthearted. 

Josh also coaches at a high-performance level privately and had worked at Surfing Australia High Performance Centre for the past 10 years. He is an all-round water man and also recently has started teaches Jet ski driving lessons and tow surfing techniques and safety to his list of coaching skills and brings all this to the school he runs and to their clients on a daily basis.

Josh owns and operate In2surf Surf School, which is the longest running and most professional ran surf school on the tweed coast. It is the only one owned by a lifetime local.

You would be hard pressed to find a surfer with more knowledge of the local surf than he has. Josh is passionate about the ocean, surfing as a lifestyle and sport, and about introducing it to others. He is truly concerned with making sure your experience is as good as it can possibly be..  Josh has surfed professionally before starting the school.

Sheerwater is a truly unique seaside property whose character oozes classy marine! Located in the Hastings Point, it provides the best of beach and bush at your doorstep.

Hastings Point is renowned for its natural beauty. It has good surfing spots north and south of the headland and the next northern beach is the famous Cabarita.

Inclusions & Extras

Your investment for the retreat covers the following:
• All surf lessons and instruction 
• All leadership workshop sessions
• Accommodation for Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights at Sheerwater
• All meals from the moment you arrive to when you leave.
 
Extras
• All alcohol will need to be purchased at your expense and is not included in the camp investment
